Delivery and Returns
Post-Brexit it is now necessary to pay local country VAT when importing goods from the UK to European countries. Please be aware when you are buying from Threads of Life that this charge will be made by the shipping company and will need to be paid before you can receive the shipment. It should be the standard rate of VAT for the delivery country. When you enter your delivery address outside of the UK at checkout the UK VAT will automatically be removed from your items.

Shipping for all UK orders is £4.20 for Royal Mail signed for 2nd class delivery including to the Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey.
Delivery to Europe is £8.50.
USA & Canada Delivery
We offer shipping to the USA and Canada for £10.50.
Please be aware that there may be some import duty to pay before you can receive your shipment. Please check with the relevant Customs and Imports services for more information.
We offer shipping to Australia & New Zealand for £11.50.

Orders sent to the UK should reach the customer within 3-5 working days. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days depending on stock and demand at that time.
For deliveries within Europe the shipping time should be around 5-7 working days. Deliveries to USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand can take up to 14 days so please wait for this time to pass before contacting us.
We hope you love your new Threads of Life case, but we understand that there are times when a refund or exchange is necessary. You can return your bag for an exchange or refund up to 30 days after you receive your order.
How to return your item
1. Contact us here to tell us if you would like to refund or exchange* the case and why.
Please state your order number and name when you get in touch. You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations. You have from the moment you place the order up to 14 days after the day you receive your goods in which to cancel the order. Please inform us within this time frame if you wish to cancel your order.
2. Post the case(s) back to us at the address below together with details of your name and order number:

If you are able to use the original packaging that would be ideal. Please ensure that the products are still in a saleable condition when you send them back. It is advisable to use a tracked post/parcel service so you can ensure safe delivery back to us. You are responsible for shipping cost unless we delivered the item in error or the item is damaged in some way. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
3. When we receive the product we will either refund you the amount due or exchange it for another one of the same size (you can change the colour as long as we have it in stock) as specified in the first instance. If your exchange request is out of stock then we will automatically refund you the full amount. You will lose your right to cancel the order if the goods have been combined after delivery with other goods meaning that they have become inseparable.
4. We will let you know when your return has been processed. This can take up to 14 days.
